Department Of Plant Biology
Olayinka Bolaji Umar (Ph.D) is a senior lecturer in the Department of Plant Biology, Faculty of Life Sciences, and University of Ilorin. With special focus on groundnut, his research interests include crop physiology, stress physiology, photosynthesis, plant metabolism, plant nutritional quality and crop improvement. He has over 60 publications in top-tier journals and conferences. He currently serves as the Sub-Dean of his faculty.
