PLANT BIOLOGY

Biography: Dr. Lateef is a seasoned lecturer with over 11 years of teaching and research experience in the Department of Plant Resource Science & technology, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak and also in the Department of Plant Biology, University of Ilorin, Nigeria.

His area of expertise includes Mycology and Plant Pathology, Molecular Biology, Phylogenetic Analyses, Fungal Biotechnology and Natural products.

Dr. Lateef completed his PhD in Mycology/Plant Pathology at the University of Malaysia in a record time. He has won grants, supervised undergraduate and postgraduate student as sole and joint researcher.

  • Bachelor of Technology in Biological Sciences, Nigeria
